PRIVACY POLICY

1. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

— Email address, used for authentication and account management.
— Subscription status and billing dates, received from Paddle after payment.
— Trade journal entries you create within the terminal, stored in our database.
— Browser push notification subscription token, used to deliver alerts to your device.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your email is used solely to authenticate your account and communicate service updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Subscription and billing data is used to determine your access level. Trade journal entries are stored to provide persistent history across sessions.

3. PAYMENTS — PADDLE

All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com, who act as the Merchant of Record. We do not store, see, or process your card details at any point.

Paddle's own privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. You can review it at paddle.com/legal/privacy.

4. DATABASE — SUPABASE

Account data, journal entries, and push notification tokens are stored in Supabase. Data is stored in the EU (West EU) region. Supabase's privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data handling.

5. AI SIGNALS — ANTHROPIC

When you run an AI analysis, market context data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API — this includes the trading pair, current price, candle data, and any query context you enter. No personal data (name, email, account details) is included in these requests.

6. DISCORD WEBHOOKS

If you configure Discord webhook URLs, trading signals are forwarded to your specified Discord channel. This integration is entirely optional and configured by you. We do not store your Discord webhook URLs beyond the server session.

7. DATA RETENTION

Account and journal data is retained while your subscription is active. If you cancel and do not resubscribe within 90 days, your data may be deleted.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing mansoor.alotaiba@gmail.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

8. COOKIES

We use a single session cookie (sb-access-token) for authentication. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and contains only your session token. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
