1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Henry The Hoover is an AI-assisted trading analysis tool that provides trade signals, market data visualisation, and analytical context for futures markets. The service is operated as a personal subscription product.

All signals and analysis are generated for educational and informational purposes only. By using this service you agree to these terms in full.

2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

Nothing provided by Henry The Hoover constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All signals are generated by an AI model and are not the opinion of a licensed financial adviser.

Trading futures contracts involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using this service.

3. SUBSCRIPTION

Access to the terminal requires an active monthly subscription at $500 per month. Billing is handled by Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time through your account page at /account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.

4. ACCESS

Access to the terminal is granted upon successful payment confirmation. If payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, access is revoked at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of abuse, unauthorised account sharing, or violation of these terms.

5. PROHIBITED USE

You may not share your account credentials with any other person. Each subscription is for a single user only. Automated scraping, bulk API usage via the terminal, or any attempt to resell or redistribute access is prohibited.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Henry The Hoover and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

The total liability of the operator under these terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. For material changes to pricing or service discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days notice via the email address on your account.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
