REFUND POLICY

1. NO FREE TRIAL

Henry The Hoover does not offer a free trial period. Please review the pricing page and feature list carefully before subscribing. If you have questions before subscribing, contact us at mansoor.alotaiba@gmail.com.

2. REFUNDS WITHIN 7 DAYS

If you subscribed and have not meaningfully used the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, email mansoor.alotaiba@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account.

3. NO REFUNDS AFTER 7 DAYS

After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You are free to cancel at any time — cancellation stops future charges, and you retain full access to the terminal until the end of the current billing period.

4. CANCELLATION

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. There are no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of the paid billing period, after which it will not renew.

5. SERVICE DOWNTIME EXCEPTIONS

If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side, we will offer a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period upon request. Planned maintenance windows and third-party outages (exchange APIs, Anthropic, Polygon) do not qualify.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method via Paddle. Refund timelines are subject to your bank or card issuer's processing times.
